Chennai-based TVS Supply Chain Solutions is selling 4.5% of its stake in TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks Pvt Ltd to Lingotto Opportunity Fund for INR 51.30 crore. TVSILP is involved in creating and maintaining industrial infrastructure in India, including warehouses, assembly hubs, and logistics parks.
