The United States and India are set to deepen their defence relationship by co-producing and co-developing major systems together, as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi meets with President Joe Biden. The relationship between the two countries has evolved significantly over the past 20 years, with the US now investing substantially in India's military modernisation. The two countries are also strengthening their interoperability and working together in emerging areas such as space, cyberspace, additive manufacturing, and artificial intelligence.
