TCS shares to turn ex-dividend; Varun Beverages to trade ex-split, Vakrangee ex-demerger today - Business Today

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will turn ex-dividend on Thursday, with a final dividend payment of Rs 24 per share for FY23. Varun Beverages will undergo a stock split, while Vakrangee will go through a demerger of its e-governance and IT/ITES businesses. Shares of DCB Bank, Visaka Industries, and DJ Mediaprint & Logistics will also turn ex-dividend on Thursday. Tahmar Enterprises will split from face value of Rs 10 to shares with a face value of Re 1 each today. Today is the record date for Vakrangee's eligible shareholders, to whom fully paid-up shares of VL E-Governance & IT Solutions will be issued and allotted.
