Indian stocks closed lower in the previous session, with the BSE Sensex dropping by 0.35% and the NSE's Nifty50 declining by 0.38%. State Bank of India plans to raise up to INR 50,000 crore ($6.73bn) through debt instruments in the current financial year, while Bank of India aims to raise up to INR 3,000 crore through tier II bonds. Meanwhile, Venture capital firm Sequoia Capital will sell its entire 10.18% stake in Indian clothing brand Go Colors through a block deal on Monday.
