The company prides itself on its customer service, boasting an 85% resolution rate for complaints within 8 hours. Smartr operates in 117 cities, serving over 2750 pin codes, and offers delivery times of 24-48 hours, outperforming the industry standard. It plans to serve 6000+ pin codes by 2025 and has recently launched ground express services. Smartr is set to receive funding for state-of-the-art technologies in a forthcoming funding round.
