Shiprocket and others are helping ONDC become a trustable platform, says co-founder - Business Today

Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) is partnering with logistics platform Shiprocket and other companies to establish itself as a trustworthy platform in the ecosystem, according to ONDC co-founder Akshay Gulati. ONDC aims to democratize demand and balance prices, allowing small businesses to compete with larger ones. The government-backed e-commerce company, launched in February 2022, aims to reduce the dominance of a few players in sectors such as food tech and B2C marketplace. Shiprocket is also focused on becoming the operating system for e-commerce, incorporating technologies like AI into its tech stack.
