SeaLead, a global container shipping line, has announced the launch of a new service called FIX, which will connect ports in China to the east coast of India. The service, undertaken in partnership with Sinotrans, SITC, and TS Lines, will offer faster transit times, improved reliability, and increased flexibility. SeaLead's Managing Director for South Asia and the Middle East, Shiva Mahadevan, stated that the FIX service will provide a seamless and efficient way to transport goods between China and India. This announcement comes as SeaLead opens a new office in Mumbai to cater to its South Asia operations, demonstrating its commitment to the Indian market.
