DOHA: QTerminals Group and Qatar Navigation have acquired a majority stake in Kramer Holding, the family-run company operating the Rotterdam Container Terminal. The price of the acquisition has not been disclosed. QTerminals stated that the investment into the Rotterdam port is a significant step in its expansion. The Sales and Purchase agreement was signed between CEOs Neville Bissett and Andre Kramer. QTerminals aims to establish a larger portfolio of overseas assets in the next few years.
