Pristine Logistics and Bangladesh forge alliance - India Shipping News

India's Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Ltd (PLIL) is partnering with Summit Alliance Port Ltd (SAPL) to enter the Bangladeshi market. The companies signed a memorandum of understanding to set up joint venture companies for developing rail-linked Inland Container Depots, Container Freight Stations, and Multi Modal Logistics Parks in Bangladesh. The partnership aims to enhance logistics infrastructure, provide long-haul rail services, and offer various services such as warehousing and multimodal transport options. Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects operates in India and Nepal, while Summit Alliance Port manages depots and stations in Bangladesh and India.
