The government of India has recommended six infrastructure projects worth over 28,000 crore rupees ($3.8 billion) under PM GatiShakti. The projects include three related to railways and three related to road transport and highways. These projects aim to improve connectivity, decongest existing infrastructure, and enhance logistics efficiency. The projects are expected to generate employment opportunities and expand business avenues. The decision was taken at the 53rd National Planning Group meeting held in New Delhi.
