Mirae Asset Acquires Second Warehousing Property For Rs 175 Cr - Realty Plus Magazine

Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) has acquired an 11-acre warehousing property near Mumbai from BGR Constructions LLP for around ? 175 crore. The logistics facility in BGR Logistics Park has over 5 lakh sq ft of leasable area. This is Mirae Asset's second acquisition in the last six months, bringing its total warehousing space in Bhiwandi to 8 lakh sq ft. The property is a prime fulfilment centre for Amazon India and is part of a logistics park that houses other key tenants.
