The Saudi Ports Authority, known as Mawani, has signed a partnership agreement with the Dutch Port of Rotterdam to enhance cooperation in developing smart ports and human capabilities. Both parties will work together to foster digital transformation toward smart ports and develop the operational and logistical performance in Saudi ports. The agreement also allows Mawani to benefit from the operational expertise of the Port of Rotterdam. This partnership aims to boost the competitiveness of Saudi ports globally and consolidate their position as a global logistics center.
