Major west-Indian ports likely to be part of India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor - Logistics Insider

The Indian government is working towards making India a global transshipment hub by establishing multimodal transportation. The State-run Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), Deendayal Port Authority, and the Gautam Adani-owned Mundra port are being included in the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) to enhance trade and connectivity across Asia, the Arabian Gulf, and Europe. Additional ports in Saudi Arabia, such as the King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam and Ras Al Khair, may also be included.
