Mahindra Logistics aims to empower drivers with supportive ecosystems and training programs to bridge the gap of only 450 skilled drivers per 1,000 trucks by FY23-24. Over the past decade, the company has offered driver welfare programs, including health check-ups, safety awareness, and scholarships for drivers' children.
