Over 330 of Maersk's container vessels will have Starlink installed, providing high-speed internet with speeds over 200 Mbps. This will greatly benefit crew welfare and improve business operations. The collaboration follows a successful pilot phase, and Maersk's aim is to digitize vessel operations and enhance connectivity for their seagoing colleagues. Starlink's reliable and high-speed internet will help boost efficiency and connectivity for Maersk's global trade operations. Maersk is also focused on achieving net zero emissions by 2040.
