Infrastructure India is selling its interest in Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Private Limited (DLI) to Pristine Malwa Logistics Park. Pristine Malwa is a subsidiary of Pristine Logistics and Infraprojects. DLI will receive a cash payment of approximately $10m and up to 33% of Pristine Malwa's share capital. The transaction is subject to consent from Global Infrastructure Partners and the group's lenders. DLI is Infrastructure India's largest asset and was valued at £176.2m as of September 2022. Pristine Malwa is the parent company of Sical Logistics and is engaged in developing private freight terminals. The transaction allows Infrastructure India to remain invested in the Indian logistics sector.
