IndoSpace plans to double its industrial real estate and logistics ... - Moneycontrol

IndoSpace, a real estate and logistics parks developer backed by private equity firm Everstone Group, has invested around $3 billion in assets in India through a combination of equity and debt. The company plans to construct an additional 22 million sq ft of industrial and warehousing properties over the next three years, with an investment of approximately $1 billion. IndoSpace currently has an operational portfolio of 30 million sq ft, which it aims to double to 58 million sq ft in the next two to five years, driven by the increasing demand in the e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.
