The anticipation of the festive season in India has led to a 23% increase in staffing requirements compared to last year, according to a report by Quess Corp. Sectors such as BFSI, M&I, Retail, and Telecom are intensifying their hiring efforts to meet the surge in demand. Job roles in production, business development, sales, and customer relations are in high demand. The manufacturing industry has seen a 245% growth in demand for professionals, while BFSI and Telecom sectors have experienced a 27% and 14% surge respectively. Metropolitan cities like Noida, Pune, and Chennai have the highest demand for new roles.
