Indian food delivery company Swiggy announced its entry into the retail business-to-business (B2B) segment with the acquisition of LYNK Logistics, a retail distribution company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space. LYNK works as an authorized distributor to over 100,000 retail stores across eight cities. Swiggy also operates a B2C segment called Swiggy Instamart for grocery delivery. Rival Zomato has a B2B arm called Hyperpure. Last year, Swiggy acquired restaurant tech platform Dineout.
