Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund, Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), is partnering with ESR Limited and MC Urban Development Indonesia to invest in three modern logistics parks in Indonesia. The assets are strategically located in Cikarang and Karawang industrial zones, boasting a projected completion date between May and June 2023. The transaction marks INA's first investment in the real estate asset class, while it marks MCUDI's first logistics development in the country.
