Amazon India celebrated its 10th anniversary in June and has become a major player in the country's e-commerce market. Vice President Abhinav Singh attributes their success to understanding Indian consumer needs and the growth of digital infrastructure. They now have fulfilment centres and sortation centres across multiple states, with thousands of delivery stations and trucking partners. Amazon has also formed strategic partnerships with organizations such as India Post and the Indian Railways. They are now focusing on faster delivery and expanding their grocery business. In terms of financials, Amazon Seller Services reported a 32% increase in revenue in FY22.
