Delmar International Inc., a Canadian logistics and supply chain solutions leader, has acquired Italian freight forwarder Alisped. Alisped, headquartered in Italy, provides comprehensive logistics services throughout Italy and has a strong presence in various cities and countries. Delmar CEO Robert Cutler expressed excitement about the acquisition, noting the organizations' complementary expertise. Lorenzo Cerretelli, Vice President of Alisped, will join Delmar as a Director and serve as Managing Partner and President of Delmar Alisped Italy.
