CEVA Logistics nearly triples 3PL footprint in India with acquisition - CSCMP's Supply Chain Quarterly

Third party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has acquired Mumbai-based Stellar Value Chain Solutions, nearly tripling its footprint in India. CEVA will gain 7.7 million square feet of space and nearly 8,000 employees through the deal. The acquisition will benefit CEVA's freight management and customs business in the region, allowing it to navigate changing market conditions. CEVA CEO Mathieu Friedberg said the acquisition will help the company become a top five global logistics player.
