Real estate firm CBRE has reported that its portfolio had reached over 1 billion sq ft across all categories by 2022. Total capital managed was $14bn, spent mainly on residential, mixed-use, office, industrial and logistics, and education projects, with CBRE's Project Management business division executing projects for leading companies across a range of sectors. The firm's expansion plans include offering ESG and sustainability consultancy, design advisory and management, capital planning, quality management and the integration of building information modelling, virtual reality and augmented reality technology.
