Calcutta Port offers prime land for state's first multi-modal logistics park - Telegraph India

Kolkata Port, also known as Syama Prasad Mookherjee Port, is offering 60 acres of land in the city for the state's first multi-modal logistics park. This will improve logistics infrastructure and attract more port users. The port is inviting tenders to lease the land for 30 years, with a base annual rent of Rs 21 crore. The park will include facilities such as warehousing, cold chain packaging, and transport services. The last date for bids is September 29.
