Blue Energy Motors has received an order from Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) for 100 LNG-powered trucks. CONCOR is a leading logistics services company that supports India's trade. Blue Energy Motors CEO, Anirudh Bhuwalka, stated that the LNG trucks will reduce CO2 emissions by up to 30% and lower total cost of ownership. The BE 5528+LNG trucks feature a telematics system, fuel efficiency, and a long travel range of up to 1,400km. This order is expected to encourage other players in the logistics sector to adopt greener alternatives.
