Amazon launches first-of-its-kind floating store in India; check details - Business Today

Amazon India has launched its first floating 'I Have Space' store on Dal Lake in Srinagar. The store will serve residents and businesses on Dal Lake and Nigeen Lake, providing reliable and efficient deliveries. Murtaza Khan Kashi, who owns a houseboat named Selec Town, has partnered with Amazon to personally deliver packages to customers. The 'I Have Space' program, launched in 2015, now has over 28,000 partners across India, delivering products within a 2 to 4 kilometer radius of their store.
