Allcargo Logistics acquires 30% stake in Gati subsidiary - Construction World

Allcargo Logistics has acquired an extra 30% stake in Gati-Kintetsu Express for INR4bn ($54m), giving it full control of the company. Gati was already owned 70% by Allcargo, and the deal raises Gati's value to INR13.3bn. GKEPL is a market leader in express logistics in India and Allcargo's chairman, Shashi Kiran Shetty, said the deal would "assist us in improving our service delivery capabilities, propelling us towards the next phase of growth".
