Air India, CFM finalise order for 800 engines - BusinessLine

Air India has finalized an order for 800 LEAP engines from CFM International to power its new fleet of aircraft. The deal also includes a multi-year services agreement to cover the airline's entire fleet of LEAP engines. The order, which was originally placed in February, includes a mix of narrow body and wide body Airbus and Boeing planes. Air India has been a customer of CFM since 2002.
