Agility-owned Menzies Aviation inks JV with India’s BIAL for cargo operations - ZAWYA

Menzies Aviation, owned by Agility, has formed a joint venture with Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) to develop a new domestic cargo facility at Kempegowda International Airport. The venture, Menzies Aviation (Bengaluru) Private Limited (MABPL), will provide domestic and international cargo services at the airport for 15 years. MABPL will initially have a capacity of 250,000 tonnes, with the potential to increase to 400,000 tonnes. Additionally, MABPL will handle international imports and exports at an existing on-site cargo facility.
