Industrialists, shipping and logistics representatives, and officials from various government agencies discussed initiatives to improve connectivity in Visakhapatnam. They focused on lowering logistics costs and resolving infrastructure bottlenecks to promote industrial development in the region. BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao highlighted the advantages of the area, including highway connectivity for ports and industrial parks. They also discussed proposed highway projects and the need for expansion of road infrastructure. The meeting aimed to realize infrastructural development in Visakhapatnam as part of the PM Gati Shakti Yojana.
